Charlie’s Angels

“Once upon a time, there were three little girls who went to the Police Academy. And they were each assigned very hazardous duties. But I took them away from all that and now they work for me. My name is Charlie.”The show was a primetime action comedy series. In it, Charlie Townsend runs a private detective agency and the angels are his undercover detectives. He recruits three women to work as private eyes and gives them their assignments via speaker phone. This 1970s tv series inspired the term “jiggle tv” which was a staple of seventies television.
